Sweet Savannah

My baby isn't a baby anymore! Savannah just turned 4 and she already says she can't wait to turn 5! She's such a much needed person in our family. She is a big helper and will share anything and everything with you! She loves her siblings and loves school! We love you Savannah!

Funny

The other day while I was cleaning the kitchen, McKenzie yelled downstairs to me and told me that her foot was caught in the railing. Brandon was just walking in the door and heard McKenzie say "my foot is caught". Anyway, I knew McKenzie was okay because she wasn't crying and I yelled back that papa will be right there to help her. Brandon then yelled up and said, "Where are you McKenzie?" McKenzie then replied, "I'm right by my foot!" We burst into laughter! It was too funny!

Our New Joy

As some of you may know, I tend to have big babies, so my doctor induced me a week and a half early to hopefully avoid having a 10 lb baby. (Branson was a week early and was 9lb 2oz)
So, after only 6 hours of labor, Sydney Jean Moak was born on July 30th. She was only 7lb 1oz and was 19 3/4 in.
To us, she was extremely small and short! However, we absolutely LOVE her! Although we're not getting a perfect nights sleep now, she seems to be the best sleeper we've had at this age. We're still getting used to holding her, as she's super small. We feel like we have too much arm to hold her. The other kids just love her and can't stop kissing her!!

Okay, so the subject title is lame, but the musical rocked! I've heard many things about wicked, all good of course, and we were finally able to see it. It was a nice evening out, and great entertainment! If you haven't seen Wicked, I'd try and get tickets and go!!!

So a lot of my family members have said that I need to do another post. I've tried to explain that things are just really busy and blogging is not at the top of my list. So in honor of my family, here's a post. You're welcome.

Growing Up

Well, it's hard to believe, but as of today, McKenzie is officially
registered for Kindergarten. It seems like only yesterday she
was born. I can still remember that day so clearly. She's very
excited about starting school, and of course has already made
quite the impression on the front desk ladies. I'm hoping that
when she does start school, I won't cry. That'll be a hard day!!
She's such a good girl. She's very sweet and is really a big helper. She's hit a dramatic stage in life, and I'm hoping that it'll pass. However, despite that, I love her very much! I can't believe she's not my little baby anymore.

Brandon & I...

... are pleased to announce that Sydney Jean Moak will be joining our family the end of July! We actually thought we were having a boy, due to the pregnancy being exactly the same as Branson's. The girls' pregnancies were the same, but obviously Heavenly Father wanted another little girl to come to us. We are very excited, although we were surprised when we first found out. I think I was being blessed with the easy pregnancy, not being sick and all, because of having three kids. I know there are women out there that have more kids than I have, and are sick pregnant, but I believe Heavenly Father knew that I wouldn't be able to handle that. My due date is the beginning of August, but my doctor said that it would be okay for me to go a couple of weeks early, due to my kids being, well, real healthy. Okay, okay, BIG!! Anyway, we are excited for another little girl.

Actually, I already know the answer. I am!! Child #4, here we come! I'm not sure when I'm due yet, but my somewhat educated case, (only from being pregnant 3 times before), would be end of August/ beginning of September. We're really thrilled and we're hoping for a boy. One, because we want Branson to have a brother, and two, I'm not sick like it was with the girls. I'm only tired. Wish us luck!!

What was that???

Since moving into our house, Brandon & I have become a little bit lazy. It's a two story house and there's a railing that is upstairs that opens up the house a bit. Anyway, we've been throwing things up there, instead of taking like 20 trips up the stairs. Then we can go up once and put everything away. Anyway, on Sunday, Brandon lost a muscle or something and didn't quite make the throw far enough to have my high heel make it past the railing. While I was looking down,(thank goodness) the high heel landed on my head and gave me a bump about 1 1/2 in. in length. The good news is that you can't see it too well because it's hidden by hair. I think Brandon is happy because then there'd be too many questions and then he'd feel bad. Maybe once I can find my little cord thingamajigger that will transfer pics from my camera to my computer, I can show you my head. What a headache!!!

We moved to....

Queen Creek! Can you believe that? I guess I forgot to mention in my last post where we moved to. My sis and her family are moving out here as well and they'll be like 5 minutes from us. I'm real excited for that.

We're still alive!!

I hope that everyone is sitting down while reading this since I'm actually writing a post. (Actually, I'm sure everyone is sitting down because they're at a computer) Anyway, life has been EXTREMELY hectic lately! In case people didn't know, we have moved! So since July (which is also been our last post before this one), we've been busy getting ready and packing and all that fun stuff, plus throw in a vacation for the kids and me and that is why I haven't been posting. My goal is to be unpacked by the end of the year, and for those of you laughing, it's not funny! It's real hard trying to unpack with three kids! Especially with Branson because he is not quite adjusted to the move I think. There will be more to come although I can't say when the next time will be!!!

Thanks to my awesome bro-in-law, we have a nice Header! I'm glad I don't have a mark on my forehead anymore!

Future Model

Amber and I were at the mall today and had gone into a store to check something out. Next thing I knew, McKenzie was laying on the floor, and some customers were laughing and saying how cute she was. I walked more closely to find McKenzie modeling, just like the lady in the picture. She's gonna make us a ton of money someday!

I appreciate no one laughing right in my face, and thanks to Brandon, the picture looks a lot better!

NOT a computer pro!

Okay, so I really don't know much about computers, except for how to type. I thought I'd be brave and try to change the picture on our header, but as you can plainly see, I just don't know what I'm doing. So until my bro-in-law can come and help, it's gonna look ugly. Please refrain from laughing in my face! Thanks! =)

Outing

Today I took the kids, along with Amber & Camryn, to the mall. Branson needed his 6 month pictures taken, and Camryn needed newborn pictures taken. Branson is smiles 90% of the time he's awake, but when it comes to getting professional pictures taken, he doesn't even come close to smiling. It sure did wear him out though!!



After pictures, we went to Krispy Kremes Doughnuts. YUMMY!! Who do YOU think enjoyed their doughnut more?
